What if I want to do the work myself, can I order product directly from you?

Our vendor relationships are complementary of our custom integration services. Unfortunately, we are not able to purchase materials on behalf of another integrator.

Where do I mail my check?

Our mailing address is PO Box 4087, Dedham MA 02027. We do not accept credit card payments at this time, however, it is something we are interested in implementing in the future. For wire instructions, please feel free to contact us directly.

On average, how much do your services cost?

Every integration system we do is 100% customized to meet our client's specific needs, so as you can imagine prices can vary from project to project. Please contact us to receive a quote.

We offer advanced system design services and will plan and execute your system to not only meet but exceed your expectations.

Project Management
Project management is critical to our success. Your project will be managed from start to finish. We will plan and coordinate each phase of your project as well as communicate with everyone involved to ensure your project is perfectly executed.

A state-of-the-art automation system is great but renders useless when it takes a highly skilled, on-staff engineer to operate it. Our in-house programmers have the extensive knowledge and experience to bridge the gap between technology and user with easy-to-use interfaces, such as iPads, touchscreens and keypads, allowing you to control your unique system with ease. In addition, our programmers will train you on the functionality of your system as well as how best to operate it to ensure a flawless transition.

Customer Support
Customer service is very important to us here at Riordan Brothers Integration. We pride ourselves on our ability to provide exceptional support to our clients during and after the completion of our services. Our full-service contract agreements allow us to provide ongoing support, preventative maintenance as well as system upgrades remotely, so you can go on living your daily life without disruption. If remote service isn't your forte, we also offer in-person service visits.
